Cemetery
My husband and I love to visit, research, and photograph cemeteries. This weekend we visited two major sites in the Chicago area: Rosehill and Graceland. We even managed to have some fun while we were at it.

Mrs. T.

Baby Luke
One of my best friends will be giving birth to her second child in less than 10 weeks (I’m guessing around 8 personally) and she let me take her picture while she was visiting this weekend. I think they turned out lovely for the 4 x 4 feet space we had to shoot in and limited energy of everyone involved.
She was a real trooper, even rolling around on a hardwood floor for me. Of course, nothing about Jennifer is anything less than a force of nature.

Strobist Session
Chicago Strobist had a meet up in Downers Grove, IL at the Microsoft Office Complex and we were lucky enough to attend! I met a ton of cool & talented people and learned SO FREAKING MUCH.
It was amazing to meet up with fellow Flickr-ites and photographers. Everyone helped each other, even when we were holed up in the men’s bathroom because a couple of us got the idea to stick flashes on the toilets.

Is there anything that leopard print can’t make slutty? I’m just not sure. I’m willing to bet there isn’t.

Happy Valentine’s Day
Just came back from a weekend shoot with 2 lovely ladies. Both wanted some Valentine’s Day gifts for the men in their lives.
I think their gentlemen will be quite pleased.

Ivy Joy
I had the honor of photographing a lovely little girl this Christmas for her Holiday Card portrait. She was such a delight and a little hamloaf. I mean, how can you not want to squeeze these cheeks? And those eyes?

Heather
Heather started my Boudoir Photography niche by letting me take pictures of her so she could hide them in her husband’s lunch and around her house as a gift for him.
My job is so much easier when the model has as much enthusiasm as Heather. What a lucky guy her man is!
