Boudoir Photography, to me, is tasteful erotic portraiture. It’s not porn and it’s up to you how much skin is actually shown. It’s just a picture of you in good lighting, fancy duds, and just the right flattering angles.

Most women I’ve photographed start out as getting them as gifts for their significant other, and the finished product ends up being a gift to themselves.

I personally like to photograph people in their own homes in their own clothing and settings as it seems to add an extra naughty air to the final pictures. Your lover will say, “You were doing that in our kitchen?!” And may never look at that kitchen table the same way again after seeing you sitting on it in high heels and fishnets. However, I am open to any setting or place.

I also always suggest bringing along a best friend and something to loosen you up a little (i.e. wine, favorite music, or scented candles–anything to relax you.) A best friend will make you laugh and enjoy yourself and usually ends up throwing in half the ideas for poses!

Also, I am completely comfortable with couple portraits (nothing too x-rated please) or full nudes, for those more daring out there.

And do not let those last 10 lbs. or those lumps on your thighs stop you either! I photograph normal, everyday women and make them feel and look like supermodels. You won’t believe the outcome!
